In 1978, Ansoroy Limited were appointed to install the automatic window cleaning equipment on the roofs of the building then known as the NatWest Tower now know as Tower 42.
Ansoroy are proud to say that since this installation that they have been permanently employed as the on site team for maintenance/operation of this equipment, carrying out external maintenance of the cladding and windows. This automatic equipment is the only one in the UK.
Ansoroy have also been utilised within Tower 42 helping on many different projects including one of the largest recent lift refurbishments undertaken in the world.
Ansoroy undertook the complete restoration of the stainless steel cladding of the Phoenix House site, using a combination of insitu suspended access equipment and rope access techniques, Ansoroy managed to remove years of grime with our specialist restoration products to give the building a refreshed and revitalised look and feel for its new tenants.
As part of the building’s multi-million pound refurbishment, expert assistance was needed to restore and maintain the site’s powder coated aluminium cladding. Ansoroy were the experts chosen, and the client’s expectations were exceeded.
Using a combination of access solutions, Ansoroy ensured that 100% of the cladding could be accessed, cleaned, and restored to its original condition.
Ansoroy was delighted to be approached to help with the refurbishment of one of Hammersmith’s landmark sites. Working alongside architects, designers and health and safety consultants, Ansoroy designed a bespoke solution to allow full access to The Ark’s glazing.
New anchor devices were created and fitted, allowing our maintenance teams full rope access to the building’s upper levels, while our portable reach and wash system was put to good use closer to ground level.
As a result of this work, Ansoroy was been awarded a regular maintenance contract for The Ark.
